Fechas para la AGM 2011 / 2011 AGM dates

A few days ago, 2011 AGM dates were announced for the 14th to 18th March. We have received from other owners the following comments and proposals, that we support:

• Under Article 18 of the HRGR Statutes, the Ordinary General Homeowners' Meeting shall take place once a year.
• HRGR believes in having five separate phase meetings which is not the same as having one AGM meeting for the whole community.
• "Phases" don't even get mentioned anywhere in our Statutes and hence this does not comply with the Statutes of our Community.
• How do we know what is covered or asked in the other meetings that we cannot attend?
• How can we elect to change things or appoint the necessary people to run the resort when we are not all there?
• Please support us in challenging the current set-up and lets push for one HRGR Annual General Meeting where we can all attend on ONE DAY with open and honest communication for all and not the current ‘divide and rule’.
• La Torre, a much bigger resort, had the same problem and they could solve it. If La Torre can, we can….

Recientemente se anunció en la web de la comunidad de propietarios que las AGM de 2011 se celebrarían entre el 14 y el 18 de marzo. Hemos recibido de otros propietarios los siguientes comentarios y propuestas, que apoyamos:

• Según el artículo 18 de los estatutos de Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, la reunión general de propietarios deberá celebrarse una vez al año.
• Los gestores de HRGR distribuyen a los propietarios en cinco reuniones, en vez de en una sola, como indican los estatutos.
• El concepto de fase no aparece en ningún momento en dichos estatutos por lo tanto no es acorde con ellos.
• ¿Cómo podemos tener garantía de que en las cinco reuniones se pregunta, se responde y se trata lo mismo?
• ¿Cómo podemos cambiar cosas o elegir a la gente adecuada para gestionar el resort si no estamos todos allí?
• Se propone a los propietarios que apoyen la celebración de una única AGM en un ÚNICO DÍA, que facilite una comunicación abierta y honesta para todos, y no el actual ‘divide y vencerás’.
• En La Torre, un resort mucho más grande, esa propuesta ha tenido éxito. Si ellos lo han conseguido ¿Por qué nosotros no?
