Pistas deportivas / Sports area

waiting for so long for this ...
I think that some neighbours think the same. I mean to the sports area.
Since I reside in the resort have been eager to begin construction of the tracks. When the works started, we continue its development efforts, until the finished, it was about time to play great tennis at the resort!
But suddenly, put a padlock on the fence and nothing is known for a while. We inquired at several sites, and Pro-shop said to us that they didn´t knew who who would rent the tracks, but t would not be their task.
Our surprise came when one day we found a sign on the door of the tracks in which was the rental price ... what a shame! or that we had to pay the users of its construction tracks! is that they should get that price up to a monitor, or at least free drinks!
I checked track rental prices elsewhere and I found prices of up to 2 € for 1 hour of tennis court and 8.50 € for 1 ½ hours to play paddle tennis for subscribers (particularly in the Santa Ana Sports Club in Cartagena), and elsewhere, the municipal sports center of San Javier, prices are 2 € per hour
for subscribers and 5 € for non subscribers.

That is why it seems unfair to pay € 9 an hour to play tennis at our resort, and say nothing of who wants to come outside to play (14 € / hour), knowing that about are not other services like canteen, changing rooms, etc., that requiring periodic maintenance. (To see these fares click here)

And indeed these angers me when I read that prices in the equestrian club Peraleja an hour with the horse costs 15 €, and is an animal that care must be taken every day, and their maintenance requires a fixed expense. (More info here)

I agree that there are also more expensive places to play tennis, as in the La Manga Club, which reach up to 26 € for an hour of play, but ... we want that our resort has a reputation for be an expensive place, or is it better make it affordable for more people to come?
In our case, I know that we are privileged to live in a resort like ours, but not more than enough money and we have to fight every day to make ends meet, and we are not willing to pay that money to play tennis ... we should all complain to cut the cost of the tracks, what do you think?

please, give us your opinion

I agree. They will realise their mistakes when nobody plays. Only idiots would pay that much. It should be free for owners. We have paid too much already !

Of course. It must be free for owners. When nobody plays and nobody use them, they realise that they have a problem.
There's an easy solution. Why don't we organize them?
