Este blog ha alcanzado la cifra redonda de 1.000.000 de páginas vistas. Queremos agradecer sinceramente sus aportaciones a todos nuestros colaboradores y visitantes.

En los últimos dos años, desde el 31 de agosto de 2024 hasta el 1 de septiembre de 2026, el número total de páginas vistas se ha duplicado, pasando de 500.000 a 1.000.000.

Creemos que este importante incremento se debe en buena medida a las aplicaciones de IA que escanean continuamente el contenido de Internet. Suponemos que es por eso por lo que al hacer consultas sobre Hacienda Riquelme, muchas de las referencias suministradas por Gemini, o la IA utilizada, apuntan a este blog. Durante el último año, las páginas vistas han aumentado un 300%. Queremos agradecer a nuestros colaboradores británicos y españoles la información y apoyo que nos dan. Por supuesto, también damos las gracias a todos los que nos visitan.

Desafortunadamente, el resort ha sufrido un grave deterioro, durante los últimos años. En nuestra opinión, no se ha debido ni mucho menos sólo a la escasez de agua. Esta situación nos ha forzado a escribir sobre asuntos de los que no suelen decir nada los comunicados que envía la autoadministración.

Denunciamos aquí aquello que consideramos está mal hecho porque se mejora a partir de la crítica, no de la lisonja. 

Muchos propietarios no tienen ganas de implicarse en conflictos, pero cada año estos conflictos se van notando más y más en sus bolsillos. Tal vez por eso, en los últimos meses, las visitas que recibimos y las páginas vistas han aumentado mucho. Ojalá que entre todos consigamos que Hacienda Riquelme vuelva a ser el resort que fue.

Es un repositorio de abundante información que está disponible en cualquier momento y para cualquiera, aunque se haya publicado hace años.

El 12 de marzo de 2010 publicamos la primera entrada en Hacienda Riquelme Blog (Un blog sobre Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort abierto a propietarios y residentes). Mucho ha llovido desde entonces y, 10 años después, podemos afirmar satisfechos que tenemos un resort consolidado, que también es de los más bonitos, mejor cuidados y más seguros de Murcia.

Además, a fecha de hoy, el campo de golf de Hacienda Riquelme es el mejor valorado de los 14 campos existentes en la Región de Murcia, tal y como hemos podido comprobar en la popular web especializada Leading Courses ¡Un éxito para GNK Golf, fruto del esfuerzo continuo de toda su plantilla, y un gran activo para el resort!

En estos 10 años, hemos publicado unas 830 entradas y otras 15 páginas, incluidas en el blog. Muchos de los contenidos debemos agradecérselos a numerosos colaboradores que han escrito o nos han suministrado informaciones originales, o que nos han permitido el uso de material de su propiedad. No citaremos a ninguno para evitar olvidarnos de otros ¡Son muchas personas! Gracias a ellas hemos puesto gran cantidad de información útil a disposición de todos. En nuestra opinión, tenemos la mejor recopilación de datos sobre aves, polillas, medio ambiente y espacios naturales cerca del resort y alrededores. On March 12, 2010, we published our first post in the Hacienda Riquelme Blog (A blog about Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort open to owners and residents). It is a long time since then and, 10 years later, we are proud of having a consolidated resort, that is also one of the most beautiful, best cared and safest in Murcia.

In addition, Hacienda Riquelme's golf course is today the best rated of the 14 existing courses in the Region of Murcia, as we have seen in the popular specialized website Leading Courses. A success for GNK Golf, as a result of the hard work of all the staff, and a great asset for the resort!

In these 10 years, we have published about 830 posts and another 15 pages are also included in the blog. Many of the contents must be attributed to a large number of collaborators that have written or provided us with original information, or allowed us to use material about their property. We will quote none to avoid offending others. There are many people and we thank them all! Thanks to them, we have made a lot of useful information available to everyone. In our opinion, we have the best compilation of data about birds, moths, environment and the natural areas near the resort and surroundings. The history articles written for the blog are also original.

Good news to start with: the big lake has been filled with water (April 2). We wish it to continue in the long term.

A year ago, we uploaded the post A blog 2 years old. Today, we are glad to upload a similar message but with updated numbers. During the past 3 years, since April 2010,

• 380 posts and over 600 pictures have been published.
• We have received over 36.000 visits.
• The page views stands at about 85.000.

Buenas noticias para empezar: el  lago grande ha sido llenado de agua (2 de abril). Ojalá que continúe así por mucho tiempo.

Hace un año, subimos la entrada 2 años de blog.  Hoy estamos encantados de subir un mensaje similar, pero con cifras actualizadas. Durante los últimos 3 años, desde abril de 2010:

Este blog lleva funcionando desde abril de 2010. Más de 260 entradas se han publicado en la página principal durante estos 2 años.

Además, hay otras 10 páginas en este blog que contienen diferentes tipos de información actualizada con frecuencia (servicios, enlaces, fotos, imágenes, listas de aves y polillas, textos, recursos multimedia). Todos ellos están disponibles a través de los enlaces situados en el lado superior izquierdo de esta página, bajo el título Páginas / Pages.

Cada página incluye la fecha en que se actualizó por lo que no necesita leerla de nuevo si no hubo ningún cambio.

Los temas de muchos artículos no dependen de su fecha de publicación. Si quiere buscar  entradas antiguas, puede visitar la página Índice de entradas al blog.

Queremos dar nuestras sinceras gracias a las muchas personas que han contribuido a este blog, con una mención especial para John Girdley por la valiosa información sobre naturaleza y medio ambiente que nos ha proporcionado.

Queremos también dar las gracias a Michael Corke y el antiguo Comité por la labor llevada a cabo para gestionar el resort. El nuevo Comité tiene también nuestro apoyo.

En el futuro nos gustaría desarrollar un breve catálogo gráfico de especies de árboles, arbustos y flores presentes en HRGR. Su ayuda es bienvenida.

Currently there are seven different display types. They are a first version and the gadgets to the left in the original design of the blog are lost in these Dynamic Views. But the result still looks great!

Google acaba de presentar una herramienta nueva para ver los blogs desarrollados con Blogger más rápido y mejor. Son las vistas dinámicas. Le recomendamos que las pruebe. Use cualquiera de los enlaces al final de esta entrada.

De momento hay siete tipos de visualización diferentes. Al ser una primera versión, los gadgets situados a la izquierda en el diseño original del blog se pierden en las vistas dinámicas. Pero aún así el resultado nos parece magnífico.

¡Eso es todo amigos! / That’s all folks!

This blog started to run on April 1st, 2010 and we have decided to stop it (or at least wind it down a lot) on April 1st, 2011.

Our recently elected Committee plans to improve communications with owners. We trust this new information policy will meet our demands through the official community website. We want to support them by putting this (fun but time consuming) blog activity on stand-by.

During this past year we have compiled and uploaded as much useful information as possible (see Blog post index). It will continue to be available and feel free to download or copy whatever you like (no copyright!).

Last but not least, special thanks to the people that have contributed in many different ways to this blog. We will meet at Hacienda Riquelme!

Este blog comenzó su andadura el 1 de abril de 2010 y hemos decidido parar (o al menos bajar mucho el ritmo) el 1 de abril de 2011.

Nuestro recién elegido Comité tiene entre sus planes mejorar la comunicación con los propietarios. Confiamos en que esta nueva política de información satisfará nuestras demandas, a través de la web oficial de la comunidad. Queremos apoyarles suspendiendo la actividad (divertida pero que requiere tiempo) de este blog.

Durante un año hemos recopilado y subido toda la información útil que ha sido posible (vea el Índice de entradas al blog). Continuará estando disponible pero no dude en descargar o copiar lo que quiera (¡sin copyright!).

Por último pero no menos importante, queremos dar las gracias de forma especial a las personas que han contribuido de muy diferentes maneras a este blog ¡Nos vemos en Hacienda Riquelme!

Sucina, ayer, hoy y siempre / Sucina, yesterday, today and forever

Some time ago a Polaris World Forum participant opened a thread asking about the advantages of Hacienda Riquelme compared to La Torre. Another participant wrote that being located near Sucina is an important asset. An increasing amount and variety of services can be found in the village, only three minutes far away by car from the resort (there is a list of most of them at Sucina. Services available).

Dynamism of Sucina is also evident in all type of activities (recreational, cultural, sports, music…) that neighbours organize during the year. If you are interested in being informed about all these current issues, and also about characters and stories of the village, the best website is with no doubt the blog Sucina, ayer, hoy y siempre (Sucina, yesterday, today and forever). It is in Spanish but includes a tool for automatic translation into many languages.

Hace meses, un participante en Polaris World Forum abrió un hilo para preguntar por las ventajas de Hacienda Riquelme respecto a La Torre. Otro forista comentó que estar cerca de Sucina es un activo importante. Un número y variedad creciente de servicios se pueden encontrar en el pueblo, a sólo tres minutos en coche del resort  (puede encontrar una lista bastante completa en Sucina. Servicios disponibles).

El dinamismo de Sucina se manifiesta también en las numerosas actividades de todo tipo (lúdicas, culturales, deportivas, musicales….) que organizan los vecinos a lo largo del año. Si quiere estar enterado de todas ellas, de los temas de actualidad y de los personajes y la historia del pueblo, el mejor sitio que puede encontrar en Internet es sin duda el blog Sucina, ayer, hoy y siempre. Está en español pero incluye una herramienta para la traducción automática a casi cualquier idioma.

Hacienda Riquelme Blog ha recibido en enero de 2011 un 44% más de visitas que en diciembre de 2010. En diez meses el total asciende a 8.355 visitas, 3.148 visitantes únicos y 21.890 páginas vistas.

Queremos creer que estas cifras indican que hay entradas publicadas que resultan de su interés. Nos alegra recibir sus sugerencias, comentarios y por supuesto sus visitas. Ayúdenos a seguir así.

Data provided by Google Analytics show that in the period April 1 to December 31, 2010 Hacienda Riquelme Blog was visited 7.068 times by 2.559 unique visitors. The total number of page views stands at 18.653.

The percentage of visits coming from Sweden, Ireland, Mexico and Belgium increased during December. Visits coming from U.K. decreased. The total number of visits remains unchanged.

Según datos facilitados por Google Analytics, Hacienda Riquelme Blog ha recibido, entre el 1 de abril y el 31 de diciembre de 2010, 2.559 visitantes únicos que han efectuado 7.068 visitas y visto 18.653 páginas.

En diciembre ha aumentado el porcentaje de visitas recibidas desde Suecia, Irlanda, México y Bélgica, y han disminuido las llegadas desde Reino Unido. El total no ha variado.
