Hacienda Riquelme y las lindes de Sucina / Hacienda Riquelme and the territorial limits of Sucina

The Plenary meeting of the Municipal Council of Murcia that took place on July 22th, 2011, approved a change in the limits of several districts of the Municipality of Murcia. Sucina was very affected and also damaged due to the full exclusion of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and La Peraleja Golf from its territorial limits.

A group of people led by Lawyer Mr. Ginés Alcaraz and the Chronicler Mr. Luis Lisón Hernández have prepared and presented an appeal, rejecting the agreement approved by the Municipal Council.

This limit change could imply a reduction in the local services received by neigbours, as they depend on the number of inhabitants.

Support signatures for this popular initiative are being collected at the supermarket Dicost and the tobacco shop.

En sesión celebrada el 22 de julio de 2011, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Murcia aprobó una modificación de límites de diversas pedanías del término municipal de Murcia. Sucina era una de las afectadas, resultando muy perjudicada al excluirse totalmente de sus lindes las fincas donde se ubican Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort y La Peraleja Golf.

Un grupo de vecinos encabezados por el letrado D. Ginés Avilés Alcaraz y el cronista D. Luis Lisón Hernández han preparado y presentado un expediente contra el acuerdo del citado Pleno de la Corporación.

El expediente, muy documentado y de veinte folios de extensión, se puede encontrar en el nuevo blog monográfico creado para este asunto, Sucina y sus lindes y también en el blog de D. Luis Lisón.

Lo que esta modificación de límites puede implicar es una reducción de los servicios municipales para los vecinos, dado que estos dependen del número de habitantes.

Se están recogiendo firmas de apoyo en el supermercado Dicost y en el estanco.
