El PSRM-PSOE ha denunciado ante la Fiscalía al PP de la ciudad de Murcia por la presunta financiación ilegal de la campaña electoral del alcalde, José Ballesta, que habría utilizado material elaborado por la UTE formada por STV y Actua, concesionaria del servicio de parques y jardines, cuyo contrato consideran también que pudo estar amañado.
