Actas reuniones trimestrales / Quarterly meetings minutes

Phase presidents' meetings with Resortalia seem to have changed from monthly to quarterly. Regardless of reasons and convenience for this change, there are several recent documents available in the owner's community website:

• Minute of the meeting held in April 2010.
• 2010 first quarter resort management report.
• 2010 first quarter financial report.

We think these reports have great interest in order to know issues concerning the resort management, at least from Resortalia's point of view. We suggest you to take a look at them. They can be found in the private area of http://www.hrgr.es so that before reading them you must be a registered user, enter your credentials and then clic on the link April 2010 Reports

Las reuniones de los presidentes de fase con Resortalia parece que han pasado de ser mensuales a trimestrales. Al margen de las razones y la conveniencia de este cambio, en la web de la comunidad de propietarios están disponibles varios documentos recientes:

• Acta de la reunión celebrada en abril de 2010.
• Informe de gestión del resort del primer trimestre 2010.
• Informe financiero del mismo periodo.

Estos informes creemos que son de gran interés para conocer los asuntos que se tramitan en la gestión del resort, al menos desde el punto vista de Resortalia. Le recomendamos que los eche un vistazo. Están en la zona privada de http://www.hrgr.es por lo que para leerlos deberá ser usuario registrado, introducir sus credenciales y hacer clic en el enlace Informes Abril 2010

Actas de las reuniones mensuales / Monthly meetings minutes

Por iniciativa de algunos presidentes de fase, se consiguió en 2009 un avance importante para una gestión más transparente de nuestro resort. Nos referimos a la publicación de las actas de las reuniones que cada mes celebran la presidenta, los presidentes de fase y Resortalia.

Estas actas se pueden encontrar en la web de la comunidad http://www.hrgr.es, previa introducción de las credenciales del usuario (debe estar registrado). No sabemos cuantos propietarios las habrán leído, pero la información que contienen es relevante. Ponen de manifiesto la cantidad de trabajo que realizan la junta directiva y la administración, qué temas se abordan (y cuáles no), o cómo se distribuye el trabajo. Tampoco sabemos hasta que punto estas actas son precisas. Pero creemos que su publicación es algo bueno y recomendamos a los propietarios que las echen un vistazo.

Están publicadas desde la reunión de agosto 2009 hasta la de febrero de 2010. También se publicó el acta de la reunión de presidentes de fase celebrada tras la AGM 2010.

La preocupación de bastantes propietarios por los problemas y asuntos pendientes de nuestro resort, principalmente con Polaris, ha aumentado después de la citada AGM. Por eso, esperamos con interés la publicación de las actas de las próximas reuniones. Porque damos por hecho que se seguirán publicando ¿o no?  

Thanks to the initiative of some phase presidents, a major step forward for a more transparent management of our resort was achieved in 2009. We refer to the publication of the minutes of monthly meetings held by the resort president, phase presidents and Resortalia.

We do not know how many owners have read these minutes, but the information they contain is relevant. They show the amount of work done by the board and the administration, what topics are addressed (and which are not), or how work is distributed. We do not know to what extent these records are accurate. But we believe that its publication is a good thing and we recommend owners to take them a look.

The minutes are published from the August 2009 meeting to February 2010. It is also published the minute of the meeting held by phase presidents just after the AGM 2010. 

The concern of many owners for the problems and pending issues of our resort, mainly related to Polaris, has increased after last AGM. So we are looking forward to the publication of the minutes of the next meetings. We assume of course they will continue being published. Or will not?
