Esta foto muestra los la trabajos que la Empresa Municipal de Aguas de Murcia, EMUASA, está llevando a cabo en Hacienda Riquelme.

Tarifas y precios del agua / Water Rates and Prices

Water rates and prices are set by municipal authority. They are published on the EMUASA (Aguas de Murcia) website, http://www.emuasa.es/ 

This site has content in Spanish and in English but, at the time of writing this post, rates and prices applied in the bi-monthly water bill were only available in Spanish. They are described in two separate pages:

1. Water supply rates: http://www.emuasa.es/index.asp?Tarifas%20de%20Abastecimiento This page shows:

• The price per m3 of water (on the invoice, CONSUMO AGUA)
• The bi-monthly fixed fee (CUOTA DE SERVICIO AGUA) and
• The meter conservation fee (CONSERVACION CONTADOR)

The meter diameter affects the above prices. In the apartments of Hacienda Riquelme it is 13 mm.

2. Sewage and waste rates: http://www.emuasa.es/index.asp?Tarifas%20Alcantarillado%20y%20Vertidos This page shows:

• The fixed sewer service fee (on the invoice, CUOTA SERVICIO ALCANTARILLADO) and
• The fee for domestic sewer system use (CONSUMO ALCANTARILLADO)

IVA (VAT) must be added to above fees.

Las tarifas del agua son de regulación municipal y están publicadas en el sitio web de EMUASA (Aguas de Murcia), http://www.emuasa.es/

Este sitio tiene contenidos en español y en inglés pero, en el momento de escribir estas líneas, los conceptos y precios de aplicación en la factura bimensual sólo estaban disponibles en español. Se describen en dos páginas distintas:

1. Tarifas de abastecimiento de agua: http://www.emuasa.es/index.asp?Tarifas%20de%20Abastecimiento En esta página se indican:

• El precio por m3 de agua (en la factura, CONSUMO AGUA)
• La cuota fija bimestral (CUOTA DE SERVICIO AGUA) y
• La cuota de conservación del contador (CONSERVACION CONTADOR)

El diámetro de los contadores influye los precios anteriores. En los apartamentos de Hacienda Riquelme es de 13 mm.

2. Tarifas de alcantarillado y vertidos: http://www.emuasa.es/index.asp?Tarifas%20Alcantarillado%20y%20Vertidos En esta página se indican:

• La cuota fija de saneamiento (en la factura, CUOTA SERVICIO ALCANTARILLADO) y
• La tarifa por vertido doméstico (CONSUMO ALCANTARILLADO)

A los conceptos anteriores hay que añadirles el IVA correspondiente.
